Our paths came together through real estate, but each of us brings decades of experience to the table.
Tara brings more than 30 years in hospitality, with experience in operations, compliance, people, and customer service.
Kristi brings more than 30 years in healthcare, alongside business ownership and a background in systems, organization, and solving complex operational problems.
Sheri brings more than 26 years in real estate, sales, marketing, client service, and business development.
As REALTORS® and business owners, we understood the work—and the frustration. Documents lived in one system, communication in another, and contacts, deadlines, and marketing somewhere else. Keeping everyone informed meant repeating work and piecing information together.
We had software. Plenty of it.
What we didn’t have were systems that actually worked together.
So we started solving the problems in our own businesses.

That’s where Lioness began. We built a team of senior developers and started building around the problems we knew firsthand.
Today, we connect what works, customize what doesn’t, and build what’s missing—from websites and applications to connected business systems. Our goal is to give small business owners and their teams time back—to grow, serve their communities, and be present with their families.
